DPC – Direct Primary Care
DPC – Direct Primary Care
Building a Real Army of Compassion
Promoting and training physicians to open doctor’s offices based on memberships rather than insurance or bureaucrats. In the Direct Primary Care Doctor’s Office, patients pay a monthly flat fee like a gym membership and get all the services a local doctor’s office can provide.
It’s an American model that aligns the interests of both doctors and patients for the best healthcare outcomes.
Patients get a low flat fee, no insurance approvals, no bureaucrat treatment refusals, all with no surprise billing where over 80% of all healthcare issues can be resolved.
Doctors get steady income, end bureaucrats telling them how to treat patients, and get to spend time with patients to be the doctor they always wanted to be.
Financial Win for Both! Doctors get the right financial motivation – to get you well. Patients get the right motivation too (low costs that get you regular check ups and a doc who knows you – not just a chart!

Seizing the Opportunity ~ DPC Now!
One of the hallmarks of Docs 4 Patient Care Foundation has been the ability to transcend politics and work across the spectrum to move the needle when it comes to real policy change.
In this moment, the present administration has declared the direct pay and specifically direct primary care to be the focus of the Federal policy.
The passage of the Big Beautiful Bill enshrined DPC in Federal law through Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Direct Primary Care is now a recognized benefit creating a permanent policy shift.
Now is the time to seize the opportunity to expand the Army of DPC physicians, further establish DPC and direct pay medicine protections in policy and law thus making DPC too integrated in American’s lives – too big to fail.
Statement of Secretary of Health & Human Services in Congressional Testimony (Transcript):
In terms of fixing the system, I really think that we need to go to more individual choice and competition.
And we need to take the money, and this is what President Trump wants to do, away from the insurance companies and give it to individual Americans to do more direct primary care.
If you look at how competitive Direct Primary Care and how convenient it is, there are companies that are offering direct primary care, $100 or less a month, and you get 24-hour service and all your medical costs taken care of, you know, absent catastrophic care. President Trump wants to go to a model like that through HSA, through a catastrophic plan.
